OLD-- Crazy women canyon went well, found a few flakes.
           Gold and Treasure show coming September 8th and 9th, We will 
be setting up and tearing down for some club points, for all who wants 
to help.
           That is at the Event center here in Casper- all come down and 
check us out!!!!
           We have a new outing director- Ms. Phyliss Miller, (259-7852) 
anyone need information on outing may call.


NEW-- The Casper chapter is going to have a metal detecting outing on 
September 15th. There will be lots of prizes to grab. The BBQ will be 
furnished,
           so if you plan to come, please bring a side dish.  This is 
opened to the public and all gpaa members. The cost is $5.00 for members 
and $5.00 for
           joining members.  The time is 9-12 on the 15th at  7428 Hwy 
220, Behind the platte river fly shop(on cy).  Hope to see all there.

           Sounds like there  will be another outing before winter set's 
in. September 23 rd be at west Walmart at 7:00 a.m. to meet others for 
the Sandy
           creek hunt in the Farris Mtn. Please keep checking for update 
news.
  Our next meeting will be Sept. 26th at 7:00 P.M. Hope you can make it.

The meeting was concluded and the raffle started with 31 people in 
attendance.
