GPPA meeting
	March 28th 2012


	Rick opened the meeting with the introduction and wecolme of new comers. There was a total of 20 new attendees.
	George read the mission statement.
	At this time Rick turned the meeting over to Wayne Sutherland-Geologist from Laramie. Mr. Sutherland put on an excellant
40 minute, 66 picture slide show about Gold N Wyoming. He recommended information books by Dan and Eric Hansel, they wrote about 
gold deposits in Wyoming. Mr. Sutherland advised us of a few spots to look at, being-South pass city, Carissa mind, Alantic city,
 and Miners delight. It was a real delight to have Mr. Wayne with us, to share all the information he had.
	Tina read the notes from last meeting.
	Bill read the treasures report w/ ending balance of $ 813.00
	
New-	Rick advised the group about the lodging at Douglas creek- you do need to have a letter of intent along with your membership card 
and mining book. Anyone wanting stuff for the store need to let us know, so we can get ordered. Rick will be attending the
Las Vegas gold show, and will bring back some information.

Old-	California dredgeing laws were revised, anyone wanting info, see Rick after meeting.
	Bo spoke about the web-site and passed out information flyers.
	Possible indoor metal detector hunt next fall.
	April 25th -next meeting, will be a show and tell-so bring your toys!
